Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lumora's photo-delivery platform operated at lumorapic.com. By creating an account or using Lumora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Lumora

Lumora is a Software-as-a-Service platform that synchronizes Google Drive folders into shareable, client-facing photo galleries. The service is operated by an individual developer based in Vietnam. All prices are in Vietnamese Đồng (VND). Payments are processed via manual bank transfer.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@lumorapic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person or business entity unless you are on an Agency plan with team seats. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

3. Plans and billing

Free plan. Free accounts are provided as-is, with no uptime or feature guarantee beyond reasonable availability.

Paid plans. Prices are shown in VND on the Pricing page. Paid plans activate after your manual bank transfer is verified — typically within 10–20 minutes during business hours. Your plan and billing cycle are confirmed by email.

Renewals. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date from your account settings.

Lifetime plans. A one-time payment grants access to the plan features as they exist at the time of purchase, including future updates to that plan tier, for as long as Lumora operates.

Refunds. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of a paid activation, contact support@lumorapic.com for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

Downgrade. Albums and photos exceeding the lower plan's limits become read-only on downgrade; clients can still view and download until you reduce usage or upgrade.

4. Your content

You retain all intellectual property rights in the photos and content you upload or sync to Lumora. You grant Lumora a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you and your clients.

You are responsible for having all necessary rights and permissions to the content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains illegal material, or violates anyone's privacy without consent.

We do not claim ownership of your photos. We will never use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Lumora to distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to access another user's account or data without permission.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Lumora's underlying systems or data beyond what our public API provides.
Use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
Circumvent plan limits through technical workarounds or multiple accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. You can check live status at lumorapic.com/status. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime outside our reasonable control.

7. Data and Google Drive

Lumora reads from Google Drive folders you authorize. We do not modify, delete, or write to your Drive files. Your Google credentials are managed by Google OAuth; we store only an access token with read-only scope. You may revoke access at any time from your Google account security settings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Vietnamese law, Lumora's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue or lost data).

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious harm. On termination, your galleries become inaccessible. Your original photos remain in your Google Drive, unaffected.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the service grows. We will notify you by email and/or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing.
